Torqued the 6 mm hex bolts to 52 inch-lbs per factory specification.
Spot cleaned 135 head sail; scrubbed leach which was quite dirty.
Rebuilt the Tohatsu 3.5 carburetor.
Replaced the Tohatsu 3.5 fuel tank. The original plastic tank developed a leak at one of the seams. Tohatsu part number 37-309700100 now superseded by 37-309700103M.
Touched up finish on drop boards with Interlux Original 90 gloss varnish.
